As the pandemic continues, Judy Ramsell Howard shares with us a moment of peace – as nature recovers, so can we.
It is a time of uncertainty and there is no doubt that the coronavirus has impacted us all in some way. In this video Judy Ramsell Howard helps us to calm our minds as she shares a moment of peace from the Bach Centre garden.
We have all been struggling in so many different ways during this unfortunate time, meaning the importance of the remedies has never been greater, and so let us find a moment of peace.
Here, Bach Centre Director and Author, Judy Ramsell Howard, helps us to gain perspective through this difficult period. She reminds us of the remedies’ emotional healing power and Dr Bach’s ethos – simplicity – which the Bach Centre upholds.
In the video Judy Says:
“Life is ever-moving, ever-progressing, ever-expanding, and perhaps it is time to just stop and think for a moment where we’re actually going. It’s a time when nature can recover and replenish.”
As Judy suggests, our busy schedules can make us forget to take solace in the here and now. She conveys the importance of embracing this moment by being mindful and taking time for ourselves. As our future unfolds, this time can help us to realise how we can get the most from it.
Our climate crisis continues to exist, and this pandemic is devastating for us all. But it is relieving to think that some good may come from it – the healing of our planet.
Following on, Judy reads a section from Dr Bach’s book The Twelve Healers and Other Remedies, she reads:
“No science, no knowledge is necessary, apart from the simple methods described herein; and they who will obtain the greatest benefit from this God-sent Gift, will be those who keep it, pure as it is; free from science, free from theories, for everything in Nature is simple.”
Let us reflect, let go of our stresses and heal from within as we remember what we do have. As nature recovers, so does life, and with the remedies by our side we can too.
To all our friends around the world, we wish you health and well-being. We look forward to reopening our doors and seeing you all again soon.
