Earlier this year, in February 2025, we shared news that our third museum room would be opening soon.
Finally, after a lot of planning and hard work, time and effort, it is now ready and open to visitors.
As with all the museum rooms, there is an abundance of history – much of which is displayed in original document form – telling how Dr. Bach’s work evolved and how it has been kept alive since he died in 1936. There are many writings – Dr. Bach often wrote or dictated his thoughts and ideas, and made stories about the remedy plants – and these are displayed for visitors to read.
For further interest, there is a bookcase containing an array of books, research articles and cuttings from magazines and newspapers which have been collected over the years. We are sometimes approached by those who wish to make a deeper study of Dr. Bach’s life and work, and whilst there are several gaps in the history – questions that only Dr. Bach could answer – we hope that we will soon be able to offer a dedicated space in which to spend some quiet time reading and studying.
This new museum room is dedicated to the commitment of Dr. Bach’s personal Team, their personal successors and those since who have been involved in preserving Dr. Bach’s work at Mount Vernon. ‘Dr. Edward Bach & Mount Vernon’ is a 10-minute film which is shown in Museum Room Three, and visitors are invited to take a seat and enjoy a short journey through the Bach Centre’s history.
